Using your Credit Card

When you check out you will be asked for your contact and credit card information via a secure online form. Enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card. Then fill out your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. It's easy to change or make corrections to this information -- simply highlight the area you want to edit and type in the new information. It's important that you include your phone number in case we need to speak with you about your order.

The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged at the time the order is shipped.

Using other forms of payment

If you are paying by personal company check, money order or cashier check, please call us with your intended order. Call us toll free at 800-251-7543. If you choose to pay by check or money order, your order will be held until we have received payment.

Confirming the Status of Your Order

If you have provided us with all the required information during our secure online check out process, you will be sent a confirmation page within 24 hours acknowledging that we have received your order. Please call 800-251-7543 if you have any other questions.

International Ordering

To place an International order please contact our office at 310-787-7002 or email us at customerservice@dreamous.com All payments and prices on Dreamous.com are in United States Dollar. All international orders must be paid by a credit card. Your credit card company will process and convert the order charge into your country's currency. Your total charge will be dependent on the exchange rate against the U.S. Dollar.

Out of stock items

While we make every effort to remain in stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will note the item is out of stock on your receipt or invoice. Any out-of-stock items will be removed from your order total and will not be charged to you. When the item becomes available, we will contact you in order to notify you that the item you ordered is in stock. You may decide at this point whether or not you still want the item. You will not be charged shipping on out of stock items provided that you paid for shipping on your original order.

Tracking your order

If your order is shipped via UPS, you can track the status of your shipment. Note: It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's web site, www.ups.com.

Why is my order late?

When trying to estimate package delivery time, you should consider the following:
  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
  • Overnight orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
  • Delivery only occurs on business days -- Mondays through Fridays excluding holidays unless Saturday delivery is specified.
  • Overnight delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday.
  • There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.

Product Returns

You may return your product (s) for a full refund. If you wish to return a product (s), please notify us by email, customerservice@dreamous.com  or phone, (800) 251-7543 to get a return authorization number.

We will issue a full refund, excluding shipping and handling, for unopened bottles, no questions asked. For opened bottles, you may make an exchange or receive store credit. For skin care products, 3* or more purchases needs to be made to get a full refund.

*We at Dreamous® strongly recommend using 3 of our skin care products in combination to get the full benefits and therapeutic results. We know your skin will love it. However, if you are still unsatisfied and are not happy with the results, we will give you a full refund.
